Broadcast Troubleshooting

Video Test:

Are you able to view the video below? If yes, you are all set for the broadcast. If no, then please look at the basic troubleshooting tips below the area the video should be.

Basic Troubleshooting:

  1. Check your browser version. If you are using an older browser, we recommend getting an updated version. Below are links to recommended browsers.
  2. Make sure your Flash Player is up to date by going to the link below. That page will tell you what version of Flash Player you currently have installed as well as what the most recent version is for your browser.
  3. If you need to download a new version of the Flash Player, here is the link:
  4. What type of Internet connection do you have?
    • If wireless, try a direct connection for better speeds.
  5. We are aware that some people behind a PROXY server (typically government offices) are having issues with viewing the video stream. Here is one way to tell if you are behind a PROXY server:
    • Go to
    • When the page loads, look for a gray box that says
      "Local IP addresses / Proxy"
    • This area will expand and tell you if you are using a PROXY or not
Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do on our end at this time if you are behind a PROXY. We recommend downloading the Win or Mac version from the links that will appear below the video area during the broadcast time.

Below the Flash player on the broadcast page, there is a link to view the broadcast in WMV format (without captions). This may be a good option if you are not able to view the streaming Flash version.
