Live Response is an award-winning educational/informational program produced by the National Terrorism Preparedness Institute (NTPI) of St. Petersburg College. This 60-minute interactive satellite television broadcast and Webcast features news-style program segments and dynamic panel discussions among leading experts who share their experiences and knowledge on terrorism and disaster awareness, prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. Hosted by local television anchor, Al Ruechel, each program offers insightful news, unique perspectives, and fascinating discussion.

Broadcast Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

First responders participating in NTPI’s Live Response broadcasts can earn continuing education units (CEUs) from St. Petersburg College. To earn CEUs, first responders need to request an NTPI online training account.
